Bitter Fusetti, Banana Ltd Edition, Italy (25%, 70cl)

"For our third birthday we wanted to wander into other worlds and landed in the Caribbean: rum and bananas are the raw materials that inspired us to create this new limited edition. This is how Bitter Fusetti Banana was born, produced in 9813 bottles, an ever increasing number to meet the enormous market demand. The soul of Bitter Fusetti always remains faithful to the original, with a few small differences: - At the base of the product we have not grain alcohol but white rum; - To the usual infusions of herbs and spices, we added infusions of banana and allspice. With this new Caribbean version, we wanted to explore Tiki blending, seemingly far removed from bitter flavours. This is our goal with our limited editions: to show the world that bitter has no boundaries and can travel in different dimensions."
