Deeply rooted in traditional Catalan viticulture, "brisat" refers to the historic practice of macerating white grape skins during fermentation, creating a texturally rich, natural orange wine crafted with low-intervention methods.

The blend features indigenous varieties, primarily Parellada, Moscatell, Sumoll Blanc and Xarel-lo, sourced from organically farmed vineyards rooted in limestone-heavy soils. The hand-harvested grapes undergo skin contact for several weeks in neutral vats, allowing natural yeasts to carry out fermentation while extracting subtle color, gentle tannins, and rich aromatics. Bottled unfined and unfiltered from the 2024 vintage, it retains a lighter alcohol content of 10% ABV, offering an approachable, highly refreshing expression of natural orange wine.
