Crafted on a base of black Shu Puerh tea with late summer berries, mushrooms and licorice root. Dry with a deep, long aftertaste and a good structure. Perfectly paired with steak, mushroom toast or slow cooked venison.

ABOUT THE PRODUCER:

Arensbak Non-alcoholic is part of a new international category called wine proxies. Unlike traditional wines, where the alcohol is removed, wine proxies are made using new methods, where they are produced from a base of, for example, tea, various layers of fruit, spices, and complex fermentation. Wine proxies pair well with food because, by using the latest techniques, you can create flavor experiences like acidity, body, and tannins.

Drawing on their extensive Michelin experience from Alchemist and Noma, sommelier Emilie Øst-Jacobsen and flavor designer Bram Kerkhof create the intricate flavors of Arensbak. Their creations are also featured in esteemed restaurants such as Jordnær and Søllerød Kro, among others.
