German Vermouth made from Pinot Gris grapes sourced from the Kaiserstuhl region. This vermouth is aromatic, featuring notes of cantaloupe, sweet pear, and mirabelle. The main botanicals include bergamot, lemon peel, chamomile, and spignel—a perennial from the parsley family that imparts subtle, pleasant aromatic hints.

With a golden yellow color, the vermouth is delicate, refreshing, and savory on the palate, balanced by the typical bitter notes of wormwood. It is macerated with local wine distillates, enhancing its unique character.
