German Vermouth made with Pinot Gris grapes from Kaiserstuhl. Aromatic with notes of cantaloupe, sweet pear and mirabelle. The main botanicals used are bergamot, lemon peel, chamomile and spignel. Spignel is a perennial from the parsley family which adds some subtle but pleasant aromatic notes.
Golden yellow in color, delicate, refreshing and savory in taste, with typical bitter notes of wormwood. Macerated with local wine distillates.
