German Vermouth made from Pinot Noir & Pinot Gris grapes from the Kaiserstuhl. Nice balance of acidity and sweetness. Flavor notes of bitter orange, mild spiciness of pink pepper and herbal character from angelica root and rosemary. Long and flowing finish.
