This vermouth is based on Pinot Noir from Kaiserstuhl, carefully selected by Johannes von Gleichenstein. The wine is aged in large wooden barrels and barriques, developing round tannins and fruity aromas of local cherries.
Refined with botanicals such as cardamom, cinnamon, lavender, and bergamot, it offers bright ruby red color and a palate reminiscent of Pinot Noir, combining fruity and floral notes with a subtle bitterness. The addition of fruity citrus notes enhances its complexity, making it an elegant and balanced vermouth.
