In Okinawan dialect, “YUNTAKU” means “chatting”, and it’s actually aword that in the past, at the end of a meal, izakayas’ guests used to screamat once to kick off the alcoholic drinking.

Yuntaku is the world's first Japanese Amaro, combining the elegance of Japan with the tradition of Italy. Inspired by the flavorful culture of Okinawa and created in accordance with the Italian amaro tradition, Yuntaku is a delightful blend of aesthetics and taste.

GOYA, also known as bitter melon and the main feature on the label, together with sichuan pepper, ginger, sour cherry blossoms, and Japanese jasmine tea are carefully transformed into an exceptional liqueur.

Thanks to its powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, Goya extract is used as a real medicine there, helping to make the island's population one of the longest-lived in the world. Thanks to its beneficial characteristics, the Goya turns out to be the perfect ingredient for a digestive drink, out of being the most representative product of the Okinawan culinary culture.
