Experience the authentic taste of a Daiquiri made with Rivers Rum from the historic distillery in northern Grenada, powered by an ancient watermill. This unique rum is crafted using traditional techniques, with cane juice boiling and fermenting naturally before being distilled in a wooden/fire pot still. The result is a rum with warm, buttery, and spicy notes, perfectly blended with organic lime juice and organic sugar syrup for a truly remarkable cocktail.

Rivers Rum, produced by River Antoine Estate since 1785, is one of the Caribbean’s most legendary rums. Located on Grenada’s northeast coast, the distillery uses ancient equipment and techniques, functioning without electricity and powered by water and gravity. The sugarcane is locally grown without fertilizers or pesticides, and the juice is concentrated in traditional ‘batteries’ heated by a wooden-fire oven. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with air-borne yeasts, and distillation takes place in a double retort pot still. With a daily production of only a few hundred liters, Rivers Rum remains incredibly rare and was only exported to Europe for the first time in 2020.

This Daiquiri is crafted with the best ingredients: organic lime juice from Sicily, Italy, and organic cane sugar syrup, ensuring a perfect balance and exceptional flavor. Serve it chilled at 4°C (we recommend shaking it with ice), neat or with ice, or add soda for a refreshing twist. With 70cl providing 7 servings, it’s perfect for sharing with friends.
