Nestled at the foot of Alta Murgia, Sveva and Peter oversee Agricola Morasinsi, a 10-hectare family farm dedicated to vine-growing and organic, regenerative food production. Their project, Morasinsi, embodies two key missions: an environmental focus aimed at preserving biodiversity and enhancing soil fertility, and a social mission centered on valuing agricultural work and improving the local economy.

Their vineyard boasts karstic, calcareous soil rich in organic matter, nurtured through regenerative cultivation techniques. Harvested by hand in small boxes, the grapes are carefully transported to the winery for spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, imbuing the wines with unique character.

Morasinsi's winemaking process employs natural porous materials like concrete, ceramics, and old barrels, following biodynamic principles and lunar phases. With no additives, filtration, or clarification, their wines express the terroir and grape variety with sincerity and excitement, reflecting the winemakers' personalities.
