Caroni The Last is a Final Release bottled by Velier from the remaining aging stock of the long-closed Caroni Distillery (Trinidad), which shut down in 2002. It is considered a historic bottling, marking the end of nearly two decades of Caroni single-cask and blended releases curated by Luca Gargano.
