We decided to venture into premium craft syrups to give you folks a chance to make proper textured, silky cocktails at home with our sugar syrup.

Rich syrup, means that it has a 2:1 ratio of sugar to water, compared to a simple syrup that has a 1:1 ratio of sugar to water. 

Gomme, is gomme arabicum, a compound that adds silky smooth texture and more body to your cocktail.
