Produced by Distilleria Marolo in Piemonte, it reflects a precise and restrained approach to grappa making, where structure and elegance take precedence over raw intensity. Ageing softens the spirit and adds depth, bringing notes of dried fruit toasted nuts gentle spice and polished wood, while retaining the firm backbone typical of Nebbiolo from Barolo.
