Crafted under the guidance of late master distiller Cirilo Oropeza, this tequila is made from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the high altitudes of the Highlands. The production involves cooking the agave in autoclaves to ensure a consistent and bright sugar profile. Following extraction, the juice is fermented with a proprietary yeast strain and double distilled in a combination of stainless steel pot stills and column stills.
