Dry & Bitter: Dog In A Basket, Session IPA (4.6%, 44cl CAN)

On their daily journeys to the brewery, the team likes to count the dogs they spot along the way, especially the ones they would be tempted to take home if they had slightly less moral fibre.

Since the team lives across Copenhagen, they pass plenty of cyclists on the way, cyclists on bikes with baskets, and every now and then a dog sitting proudly in one of those baskets. That is the kind of joy that sets them up for the day.

It is exactly that feeling they channelled while brewing their new Citra SIPA, and they are excited to share it.
