Every 1st weekend of the month we open an interesting (often rare) bottle from our secret collection, so that enthusiasts can try things that otherwise are hard to find open.

There is a limited number of drams in the bottle available so make sure you get yours asap.

For this month’s Break Even Bottle we are opening Velier Foursquare Destino.

Distilled at Foursquare in 2003 and bottled in December 2017 after 14 years of tropical ageing, this release was limited to 2,610 bottles worldwide.

Nearly a decade later, far fewer remain in circulation. This is rare!

Rather than letting this bottle sit quietly in a collection, we are opening it and offering small pours at cost. A chance to experience one of the early Velier and Foursquare collaboration releases without committing to a full bottle.
