Michael Bitter is a tribute to the Danish bitter tradition. It contains all the qualities a bitter should have with its nuanced range of different ingredients. Including angelica root, rice root, tomato flakes, linden flower and lemon verbana. Michael Bitter tastes more elegant than the more classic bitter, but you still get the heat.

The bitter has the unique property that it works excellently in the classic drink Brandbil. However, this edition has a new and fresh breath. That is why Bad Company Spirits has chosen to call the drink La Babu. They recommend a little lime to give the drink acidity, but can easily do without as well.
