Gin in a Bottle by Shoppen, Organic London Dry Gin (42%, 70cl)

A hazy & productive brainstorming session a couple of years ago, resulted in what you now have in front of you. 

Carl and his crazy mind palace of flavors, remembered to have tried an Akvavit with sumac many years ago, and decided then and there to one day add it to a Gin. It added a lovely layer of citrus which he had not seen done before.

Together with hibiscus, angelica, lemon, coriander, and of course juniper you get a really fresh take on a London Dry Gin that opens up beautifully with tonic. 

All made with organic ingredients with the help of our friends at Nordic Etoh.
