Spriteriet is a spirit company based in the center of Stockholm focusing on vermouths, liqueurs and bitters. It’s about making natural products without additives and preservatives. By foraging herbs and fruit around Scandinavia it reflexes on our nordic flavors. It works a bit more like a winery, than a classic distillery, in the way that every vintage is different. Every bottle is going to keep developing and mature over time just like any other natural product.
Wine: 2019 Pinot Blanc from Weingut Knauss with skin maceration for 3 weeks.
Flavored with: Honey, sea buckthorn, wormwood and Angelica seeds.
