Description
Alberto "Don Beto" Ortiz is behind this beautifully created ensamble of four different types of agave. Part from producing for Papa Diablo, he is know for some legendary batches for other brands such as Mezcalero, Palenqueros and Marca Negra.
He is know for keeping his palenque (distillery) notoriously clean, to the extent that he rather spend 14h days cruching the agave buy hand than having horses do the job for him. This absolutely reflects in his Mezcal.
